By accessing jaewestmedia.com or purchasing from our eBay storefront, Scene and Style, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Jae West Media LLC ("JWM") reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

All content, including but not limited to music videos, character designs (including REINA), graphic prints, posters, and website layouts, are the exclusive property of Jae West Media LLC.

• Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized reproduction, "scraping," or redistribution of our digital assets for commercial or training purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Trademark: The names "Jae West Media," "Scene and Style," and all associated logos are protected under California law.

Our retail operations are conducted primarily through eBay. By purchasing from us, you agree to both JWM policies and eBay’s User Agreement.

• Limited Runs: All apparel and posters are released as "Archive Drops." Once a run is marked as "Sold Out," no restocks are guaranteed.
• Product Variations: Due to the nature of digital rendering and physical printing, slight variations in color and placement may occur.
• Shipping: We utilize major carriers (USPS/UPS) and maintain a "Personal Mailbox" for all business correspondence. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on production cycles.

Because our items are Limited Edition Archives:

• Defective Items: We offer full replacements or refunds for items with verified manufacturing defects if reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Change of Mind: Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our graphic prints, we do not typically offer returns for "change of mind" or sizing errors. Please consult our sizing guides before purchase.

Purchasing a physical item (e.g., a T-shirt or Poster) grants you the right to personal ownership and display. It does not grant a license to replicate the design or use the imagery for commercial gain, digital resale, or as a basis for secondary creative works.

JWM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
